Order Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include tracking information.
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Estimated delivery times are in addition to processing times.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days after shipment.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days after shipment.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders totaling over $50 within the United States.
  • For orders under $50, standard shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your delivery address.
  • Expedited shipping costs will also be calculated at checkout based on the service selected.

International Shipping

We are proud to offer international shipping to customers in the United States and the European Union.

  • International Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-21 business days after shipment, depending on the destination country.
  • Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to making your purchase. zulvar.top is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

Order Tracking

Missing or Damaged Orders
