30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Conditions for Return

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in its original, new condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • All original tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email).
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Items that have been opened or used, unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return

When contacting us, please provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the next steps, including providing you with return shipping instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if required.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund if we provide a return label.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, our team at 4915 Pinchelone Street, Virginia Beach, VA, US will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Typically, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a different product, please contact us at [email protected] or 757-939-6787 to arrange an exchange. Exchange eligibility is subject to the same conditions as returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at [email protected] or 757-939-6787. Please provide photos of the item and its packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue, whether through a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for such cases.
